Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing PowerServ, a brand of Zunax Energy Products LLP. We are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to deliver reliable energy solutions across India. Please review the following policy outlining our approach to refunds, cancellations, and warranty support.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at support@powerserv.in or call us at 1800 425 6868.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the standard return process will apply if eligible.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as per specifications, and such issues are reported within 7 days of delivery.
- A refund is only processed after inspection and verification by our technical team or service center.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a proven fault from our end.
3. Return Conditions
- Product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice.
- Physical damage caused after delivery, improper installation, or tampering voids eligibility for return or refund.
4. Warranty-Based Return and Cancellation
All PowerServ products are sold with an associated warranty card specific to the product model and category. The terms for refund, replacement, or repair vary depending on the product.
- Each product is delivered with a separate warranty card outlining the duration, terms, and coverage applicable.
- Refund or cancellation requests related to product malfunction will be entertained only if they are in accordance with the warranty conditions mentioned on the card.
- Warranty coverage and benefits differ for inverters, batteries (for 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler), e-rickshaws, and other energy solutions. Please check your product’s warranty documentation carefully.
- Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us and submitting:
- Product serial number
- Proof of purchase (invoice copy)
- Warranty card copy
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-built or modified energy solutions
- Used batteries that have exceeded their cycle warranty
- Items without the original invoice or warranty card
