- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and logistics.
- PowerServ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or natural calamities.
5. Warranty and Returns
- All products come with a manufacturer warranty as per the terms mentioned in the product manual or invoice.
- Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, tampering, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with original packaging and proof of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
PowerServ and Zunax Energy Products LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or service issues beyond our reasonable control.
